"On 27th of January this year the management of La Poste and minor trade unions signed agreement to "facilitate and to develope social dialogue", but in fact this agreement is just another trap made by liberals for the world of labour. One of the consequences of signing this document was delegalization of CNT PTT - the biggest trade union of employees of postal services, and part of CNT - mass trade union taking pride in long standing fight for labourers rights. Now membership of CNT PTT is illicit- some time ago one of the unionist was suspended for 15 days - his gratuity for this period suspended, too - just for handing CNT leaflets in his place of employment. Other unionists are threatened.
All this has only one aim: to reduce the resistance of La Poste employees who are members of organization that is a real threat to liberal reforms directed against labour world, and to destroy their spirit.
We want to express our support for trade unionists of CNT PTT! Long live fight for employees rights! We demand reinstatement of legal status to CNT PTT!
The situation of employees of Poczta Polska (Polish State Postal Services)is also very difficult - right now we witness the outbrake of the wild strike of polish postmen forced to excessive work by the greedy management of postal services. The postmen demand observance of eight-hour working day, raise in wages, payment for overtime, resign of delivering useless printed advertising which increase the weight of postal matter very much, set breaks at work. Unjust conduct towards the postmen in their place of employment affects the quality and fastness of delivering postal matter which citizens wait for - it hits us all.
We solidarize with labourers of polish postal service in their fight for labour rights, in their fight for eight-hour working day, for dignity of profession!
We solidarize with the trade unionists of delegalized CNT PTT!
